Wander Newhaven Harbour, a former fishing port on the Firth of Forth. Stroll the shore, watch the boats and spot the Forth Bridge far across the water.
Full description
Newhaven Harbour is a former fishing port on the Firth of Forth, now a calm stretch of waterfront away from the busiest tourist areas. Reviewers describe it as quiet, family-friendly and a pleasant place for a short stroll, with the Forth Bridge visible in the distance.
It also works as a landing point for some cruise passengers, with an organised transfer into the city centre. The harbour is open at all hours and free to visit, making it an easy half-hour stop, especially early in the day or around sunset.

Reviews
Ok type and I went on a weekend but no crowd at all. I thought this place will be busy with crowd and people have food and beer but it was quiet opposite. Good place to visit with kids
