Look up at Planetarium Denmark, where a giant domed screen turns the universe into a film. Watch a full-dome space show, then wander the exhibitions on astronomy and the Earth before heading back out.

📖

Full description

Planetarium Denmark in Copenhagen's Vesterbro area pairs a large domed screen with exhibitions on the universe, space and astronomy research. Visitors can watch full-dome films, with reviewers singling out one titled Touch the Stars, and then explore the exhibition halls, including a model of the Earth.

The venue is small by planetarium standards, and opinions on value differ: the exhibitions can be covered in 20 to 30 minutes, so most of the time goes to a film screening. It works well for families and curious adults, especially as a rainy-day or evening option, given the long opening hours.

Reviews

This was really the best experience although it was not big planetarium but even if it was small it had a huge impact with theatre shows it was so good also about the earth model as well the design was unique. Try watching documentary if you have time because it was brilliant also there was many different things about…
