Pause at La Bellone, a historic arts centre with a richly decorated facade. Study its ornate front, see how old and new architecture meet, and consider a coffee at the cafe by the entrance.

📖

Full description

La Bellone is a historic building used as an arts centre for theatrical and artistic events, recognised for its opulent, ornate facade. Reviewers praise how the old fabric is combined with contemporary additions, and a cafe at the front adds an easy stop.

It is a working venue rather than a free-access monument, so interior entry depends on what is on and may require a ticket. Most visitors come for a short look at the facade, around 15 minutes, ideally on a weekday morning when it is open.

Reviews

Beware that it is not just a building with free access. It is a concert hall. When i wanted to visit it hosted some event and i couldn't just come in, but i should have booked a ticket in advance. So make sure that on the day you want to visit Bellone there are no special events or that you have a ticket otherwise.
