Volkspark Rehberge

4.5 (4,005)Free

Volkspark Rehberge offers a denser, more forest-like landscape than many Berlin parks, with running and walking paths that wind through woodland and past small bodies of water before looping back. A modest wildlife enclosure adds an extra draw for families, alongside open meadows and shaded groves that reviewers describe as quiet and well-balanced. A 4.5 rating reflects a park that consistently satisfies without needing a singular landmark to justify the visit.

💡 Good to know

  • 1Wear proper shoes for the forest trails, which are less manicured than central Berlin parks
  • 2it's free and has plenty of space even on busy days
  • 3look for the small animal enclosure if visiting with children

What people say

"definitely one of the best parks in Berlin with tons of running and walking paths that wind through forest and by some small bodies of water and then back again out into large grassy plains. people are always out enjoying the weather but the park never feels overcrowded and only a small section intersects with the road. easy to get lost which is fun in the middle of the city!"
