Full description

Can Ramonet delivers on what most visitors come to Barceloneta hoping to find — authentic Catalan seafood cooked with traditional recipes, according to reviewers, rather than a tourist-oriented approximation. The paella marinera and mixed fried fish come up repeatedly as highlights, alongside the bomba, a Barceloneta specialty.

With a 4.4 rating across nearly 6,000 reviews and a solidly above-average must-see score, it's a well-established stop on the seafood trail through the neighborhood. It's best approached with time to spare, since paella is cooked to order.
