Visit the Goulandris Natural History Museum in Kifisia, a compact favourite for families. See wildlife displays, fossils and a full triceratops skeleton, then explore the Gaia Centre and finish at the cafe.
Full description
The Goulandris Natural History Museum in Kifisia covers animals, plants and fossils, with a strong focus on Greek flora and fauna. Reviewers note that it holds the only full triceratops skeleton in Athens and praise the high-tech Gaia Centre.
Its modest scale makes it a good rainy-day stop that works for both adults and children, and it pairs well with other activities in the leafy northern suburb. A visit takes about an hour, and booking ahead is recommended.

The only place where you can view a full triceratops skeleton in Athens! Great overview of Greek flaura and fauna, and good for both adults and children, so a great day out for all. Good for pairing with coffee at Varsos that is nearby.
