Slip into Rembrandtpark, a peaceful green stretch of Amsterdam Nieuw-West that locals favour over busier parks. Circle its small lakes along tree-shaded paths, with plenty of quiet corners for a picnic or a long walk.
Full description
Rembrandtpark is a public park in Amsterdam Nieuw-West with small lakes, shaded pathways and playgrounds set among mature trees. Reviewers frequently compare it with Vondelpark, describing it as the quieter, less touristy cousin where locals jog, cycle, walk and picnic without crowds.
Parts of the park are often nearly empty, which gives it a peaceful character even in the evening. The shared bicycle and pedestrian path can be confusing, so walkers need to stay alert.
With a high walking intensity, it rewards a longer wander rather than a quick look.

peaceful nice green park where you can walk, run, ride a bike or just relax!! a quieter version of vondelpark, but the bicycle and pedestrian street is kinda confusing (i was scared of getting hit by a bike..) it was so nice to walk around and exercise here thoo! there are some park bench overseeing the lake as well…
