"I recently visited Sandbox VR to celebrate a birthday, and overall it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the venue felt clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which helped make the day even more enjoyable. As a nice surprise, the team had a thoughtful birthday gesture prepared at the end of our first experience, which was a lovely touch and made the celebration feel extra special. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to take advantage of a discounted offer to try a second VR experience on the same day. Both experiences were immersive, exciting, and great fun from start to finish. The only issue we encountered was after our second session when trying to access the video footage through the provided link. Unfortunately, it didn't seem to work, even after attempting to download it on multiple devices. The staff did their best to help us resolve the problem, but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed at the time. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience was excellent. The quality of the VR experiences, the welcoming atmosphere, and the great customer service more than made up for it. I would highly recommend Sandbox VR to anyone looking for a unique and memorable activity with friends or family."
