Entertainment/shows
Phantom Peak turns a stretch of Surrey Quays into a fictional frontier town, populated by in-character actors who weave visitors into ongoing storylines and quests rather than simply performing at them. The set design and staging draw consistent praise, and the experience rewards curiosity and interaction over passive watching. With a 4.6 rating across over 1,500 reviews and a hidden_gem_score well above most big-ticket London attractions, it sits between a theme park and immersive theatre, appealing to those wanting something more participatory than a traditional show. Its high trendy score reflects a newer, buzzy status among London's immersive-experience scene rather than long-established landmark status.

What people say
"The Phantom Peak immersive experience is very well done. Players can interact with the staff (actors) in their various quests. The staging is again very good with lots of interacting with props etc. Some visitors love it and a large number seemed to be returnees. However, personally I'm not sure I would return hence the 4* rating. There is a bar and food available within the "Peak" experience is good as the experience is 4 hours long."
