The hotel is located in a vibrant shopping district, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing, and exploring the city on foot. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. A special thank you to Gianfranca and Meryem, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The concierge team was outstanding and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The staff also arranged transportation to and from the airport, which made our travel experience seamless and stress-free. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The kitchen staff was warm, patient, and welcoming every day. We enjoyed breakfast there almost every morning, and the food was consistently excellent. I also had the chance to try many of their pastries, all of which were delicious. I would also like to recognize the gentlemen working at the front entrance, who were always kind, professional, and ready to help. The only minor suggestions I would offer are that the garment steamer could be a bit more effective and that the hot water could be slightly hotter. That said, these were very small issues, and the staff was able to provide an iron when requested. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly felt cared for throughout our stay. I am very grateful to the entire team for their hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome."
