"Le Select is a very classy Bistro in Paris! We didn’t have to wait too long on a week-end evening. We ordered a few items from their menu. Their stand out was definitely the French onion soup! Sweet from the caramelized onions balances with the gooey cheese on top. Definitely recommend ordering it!"
