Food
Malafemmena keeps a tightly controlled menu — reviewers note toppings can't be freely swapped and only a spicy salami option is offered — but the pizza itself earns consistent approval despite the rigidity. Patience is part of the deal, with reviewers mentioning it can take time to be served during busy periods. A 4.4 rating across 4,168 reviews shows the food wins out over any menu inflexibility for most diners. It's a solid, mid-range choice for a casual pizza dinner, best approached without expectations of customisation.

What people say
"They don’t have a Pizza with normal salami in the Menu only the spicy one and for kids is not so good. You have to order a pizza Marguerite and pay an extra salami to get the pizza the way the kids like. I ordered the burrata and it was not the best . You have also to ask for salt and olives oil then the pizza is tasty. But is tasty in the end."
