Burgermeister has turned an unlikely former public toilet kiosk into one of Berlin's most visited burger spots, and its very high must-see score alongside more than 17,000 reviews confirms the reach of that reputation. Reviewers describe loving the unpretentious street vibe, even while noting the burgers themselves are fairly standard rather than reinvented, and cheese fries that some find lacking real chili heat. At 4.7 stars across a budget mid-range price point, it's clearly valued more for the novelty setting and casual energy than culinary innovation, reflected in its low aesthetic score. It's a fun, quick stop rather than a destination meal in its own right.

What people say
"Not a fancy place. Just a stand were bathrooms used to be. I loved it. Has a steet vibe and the hamburger was delicious. If I visit Berlin again I will definitely go to this place. Great atmosphere, you can eat there but. The amount of tables is limited. Many only order to go."
