Raw Studio

4.4 (507)$ · Budget-friendly

Raw Studio sits away from the tourist core in the residential streets of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, drawing a steady local crowd rather than passing sightseers. The signature Copenhagen plate — toasted bread, salted butter, and jam — sums up the kitchen's approach: simple ingredients done well, alongside well-loved staples like banana bread and eggs. With a 4.4 rating built on hundreds of reviews and a local score well above its trendy score, it reads as an honest neighborhood breakfast spot rather than a see-and-be-seen destination. It suits a relaxed morning or light lunch away from the crowds.

What people say

"I have a really simple brunch meal — it’s called the Copenhagen, but I really enjoyed it. I especially like the salted butter with the jam. I’m not sure if the jam is home-made but it was really good and the sourdough was outstanding. Coffee was good, I love the cute cups it comes in. Staff was attentive and friendly, despite it being so busy. It gets a bit noisy but overall I enjoyed the place and the meal."
