"I had a really good experience here overall. The service was decent and about what I expected, nothing over the top but perfectly fine and it didn’t take away from the experience at all. The food was very fresh across the board and thoughtfully prepared. We ordered the Duck Foie Gras, Escargot, French Onion Soup, and Beef Carpaccio. The carpaccio stood out for how fresh and clean it tasted. The French onion soup was a bit on the milder side, but it had a natural, less processed flavor compared to what I’m used to in the U.S., which I appreciated. The escargot was also very fresh, and the sauce in each shell complemented it really well. The highlight for me was the Duck Foie Gras. It had a rich, slightly fermented, salty and creamy flavor that was incredibly enjoyable and well balanced. Overall, the flavors here lean more subtle, which may not fully match my Asian palate, but the quality and freshness of the ingredients really shine through. It’s a fantastic spot, and I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Paris."
