"O stars.... Nice and friendly personal but pure chaos. The organisation as a whole is lacking. No decent information could be obtained. Their AI voice agent was also crap and misled me that the pool was opened only to go there and find out it was not. Yet, there was some staff there who assured me that the outdoor pool opens already at 7am on Monday. Climbed again the hill to go there at 8 in the morning to be told that the outdoor Olympic pool opens only at 10 am. So, no morning training in the outdoor pool for me... Such a disgrace and shame! At least the whole up and down the hill trained my legs a bit. Absolutely unacceptable! Please fix this. Two lines of text and updated working hours on Google will be sufficient to spare the others what I experienced..."
