"Bonci Pizzeria is a must-try if you are near the Vatican, about a 10-minute drive away. We arrived around 1 PM and there was already a decent line. The process is organized with a digital number system outside, where you take a number and wait for it to be called or displayed on the TV screen. Seating is very limited, with only a few standing spots and around four small two-seater benches inside, so expect more of a quick casual experience than a sit-down meal. They have many different pizza options, and once your number is called, you choose the slices you want. They cut the pizza with scissors based on the size you request, heat it in the oven, and serve it fresh. They also have water, beer, and a few non-alcoholic drink options. The pizza was very good, and the airy bread made it feel light even after trying multiple slices. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area."
