Pulejo ristorante

4.8 (330)$$$$ · Premium

Pulejo ristorante is a polished, small-scale fine-dining address in the Prati district, where a progression of amuse-bouches and course-by-course tasting menus lean into unexpected pairings, from sweetbread cooked eel-style to dishes built around trout roe. At 4.8 stars over 330 reviews it has built a devoted following quickly rather than through decades of history, and its high must-see score reflects strong current buzz more than institutional status. The low-key dining room and attentive, professional service suit a couple of hours given over entirely to the food. It's a good pick for diners who want creative modern Italian cooking rather than a classic trattoria meal.

✨ Reasons to go

What people say

"Comfortable fine dining place, professional service. Delicious food. I particularly like the sweetbread dish cooked and seasoned like a Japanese eel. Interesting! Another thing I love about this restaurent is the handling of a used napkin: when I came back from washroom, I got a new napkin instead of the usual “robotically refolded/ used one”. This apparently small but v smart gesture saved my small brain to identify which side of the original napkin was clean/ not clean. I’m usually v easily to be confused by that. Cheers"
