Food
Tucked away from Montmartre's busiest streets near Place du Tertre, Le Poulbot pairs a short, daily-changing menu of fresh, seasonal dishes with natural PET NAT wines and craft ales. Signature plates include onion soup, duck confit with red wine coulis, and Tonka bean crème brûlée. The renovated dining room also displays works by illustrator Francisque Poulbot, giving it a chic yet bohemian, museum-like atmosphere.

What people say
"Very friendly staff and excellent food. I highly recommend trying the escargots – they were delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavor. The foie gras was also excellent. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the air conditioning inside was a great bonus on a warm day. Definitely worth a stop if you’re visiting Paris!"
