Food
Paisano Bistró holds one of the highest ratings in this entire batch — 4.8 across more than 6,000 reviews — a mark that points to unusually consistent execution rather than a few standout reviews skewing the average. The spaghetti with burrata, pistachios, and lemon zest is mentioned by name repeatedly as a highlight, alongside pasta alla gricia and a well-liked Campari spritz. Its high trendy and must-see scores fit a restaurant that has become a genuine destination for visitors near Sagrada Família rather than just a convenient stop. It's well worth booking ahead given how reliably it satisfies.

What people say
"Food is 10/10! I haven’t had such delicious food in a long time - the flavors were truly incredible. The spaghetti with burrata, pistachios and lemon zest was outstanding. The lemon flavor was enhanced in such a great way that it wasn’t sour at all but instead gave a very pleasant citrus aroma. I would definitely recommend this place - the food is absolutely delightful. The service was also very friendly and the staff spoke good English."
