Food
Glass Hostaria brings a sleek, contemporary dining room to the winding streets of Trastevere, a contrast to the neighbourhood's usual rustic trattorias, and pairs it with inventive Italian cooking available as either the signature Glass tasting menu or a dedicated vegetarian version. Reviewers who booked both menus for their table describe the meal as the standout of their entire Rome stay, praising thoughtful, well-executed courses throughout. At 4.4 from 728 reviews and premium pricing, it offers a genuine alternative for travellers wanting fine dining without a formal, stuffy atmosphere, and the dedicated vegetarian tasting menu makes it a notably strong option for mixed dietary groups.

What people say
"We booked one Glass Menu and one Vegetarian menu well in advance, and Glass Hostaria was the highlight of our stay in Roma, and one of the most satisfactory fine dining experience in the last decade. While their offering isn’t overly creative like some modern fine dining (esp. those with Michelin stars), everything was unique, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. This might sound strange but I had some of the most well-executed asparagus, lamb, and carrot dishes I have ever had. This level of cooking at this price point is an amazing value proposition!"
