What people say

"Dining at this restaurant was a study in contrasts. On the plate, the experience was flawless—the artistic presentation transformed every course into a visual masterpiece, where the harmony between aesthetics and flavor was perfectly executed. However, the hospitality was the most disappointing I have encountered at any Michelin-starred establishment. Basic service, such as refilling water, required a formal "request," followed by a long wait for the server to finish other tasks. Most jarringly, when I addressed the delays, the server’s immediate reaction was defensive justification rather than a sincere apology. It is truly a shame when such world-class culinary talent is overshadowed by a lack of fundamental professional spirit."
