Drinks
Sips reimagines the cocktail bar as a sensory, theatrical experience, with guests led through a concealed beaded-wall entrance into a small seating area for only a handful of guests at a time. The tasting-menu-style format pairs inventive cocktails with visual and conceptual flourishes that have earned it a spot among the world's most talked-about bars, contributing to its high must-see and trendy scores. It suits those seeking a novel, immersive evening over a casual round of drinks, and its intimacy means demand often outpaces the very limited seating.

What people say
"A very enjoyable cocktail experience and definitely worth visiting if you appreciate creative drinks and cocktail culture. Before visiting, I was slightly worried because reservations seemed impossible to get online. However, my advice is not to give up too quickly. New time slots appeared several times during the day as people cancelled, so it is worth checking the reservation system repeatedly. Even if the website looks fully booked, opportunities may still become available. Another useful tip is that although the official information suggests walk-ins are accepted only very late at night, we observed guests being admitted earlier when space became available. If you are flexible and willing to wait, it may still be worth stopping by even without a reservation. The bar itself is relatively small and has an intimate atmosphere. The team clearly enjoys what they do, and there is a strong focus on creativity and presentation. The menu is accessed digitally, so make sure you bring a phone with you. As someone who is perhaps not the ideal target audience for highly experimental cocktails, I was not personally blown away by every drink. However, that says more about my own preferences than about the quality of the bar. The cocktails were well executed, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and it is easy to understand why this place has earned such an international reputation. You can order small snacks to go along with the drinks (additional cost) and they also bring you some nuts etc. with the drinks (free of charge). If you enjoy innovative cocktails and are curious about one of Barcelona's most talked-about bars, this is absolutely worth a visit."
