London Stadium

4.4 (18,775)$$ · Mid-range

London Stadium was built for the 2012 Olympic Games and later converted into a football ground, now serving as home to West Ham United while also hosting large-scale concerts from artists like Metallica and Take That. Its post-Olympic redesign gives it a distinctive bowl shape and unusually high capacity for a Premier League venue. Reviewers highlight smooth entry and security processes even for major events, alongside the surrounding parkland setting in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It functions as much as an entertainment hub as a football stadium.

What people say

"Great experience here seeing Metallica over the weekend. Getting in was very quick. Getting through security and being scanned in is quick. Beer prices are as you’d expect. Extortionate. Very disappointed that they moved from Heineken to a company like brewdog and increased prices but the beer was decent. Views were great, a huge selection of food here. From Mexican and Greek to pizza. So much choice. Multiple merch stations and you can walk out of the stadium at any time grab what you need. Only downside was some staff were on a bit of an ego trip asking people not to stand in the lower levels and to return to our seats despite 50 other people doing it in the next section with no problem. Would return!"
