Museum/arts/culture
The Museum für Kommunikation traces the evolution of communication — from historical postal systems to telephony and digital media — inside an ornate late-19th-century building whose architecture reviewers rate as highly as the exhibits themselves. A cluster of small robots near the entrance has become something of a signature, delighting some visitors while others find it an odd fit with the more serious exhibits nearby. At 4.4 stars, it's well-regarded as a family-friendly, English-accessible museum with a lighter tone than Berlin's history-heavy institutions. Its central Mitte location makes it easy to combine with a walk down Friedrichstraße or a visit to nearby Gendarmenmarkt.

What people say
"It's a nice museum, 5 stars for the structure of the building, 3-4 for most of the exhibition, and none for the robot in the entrance, it looks fun but it does nothing. I delayed my review till they finish a weird unrelated temporary exhibition is finished, it was called "let's talk about 6" and it contains exhibit materials, on the berlin.de website they mentioned that it is for 14+ visitors, but I saw 8 years old children seeing these things which was terrible"
