"Beautiful day out! The wetland centre is incredibly fun with lots of different types of birds and a few animals. At 11am and 2pm, the otters will be out of feeding and there's a talk that I highly recommend. It was a soggy day when I went but it was still fun! The cafe is great with friendly staff, although the meal kitchen was already closed at 3pm (there were still cold sandwiches and wraps to eat). The gift shop is a danger to my wallet to be honest. There's also a section near the reedbed cafe with donated books you can pick up (w a recommended monetary donation) that had some good finds."
