What people say

"I finally made it over to Roasting Plant Coffee by London Bridge the other day, and I’m still thinking about it. If you’re a coffee lover, you know how hard it can be to find a spot that actually lives up to the hype, but this place genuinely delivered. I went for a Latte, while my friend grabbed an Iced Americano. Both were honestly fantastic. Sometimes with iced drinks, the flavor gets lost or watered down, but the Americano was bold and crisp. The latte was just as good perfectly textured milk and that rich, deep espresso flavor that you only get when the beans are truly fresh. You can really tell they aren't just pulling standard shots; there's a level of craft there that's hard to beat. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Lau was looking after us, and they were absolutely awesome. It’s one thing to get a good drink, but having someone behind the counter who is genuinely friendly and attentive makes such a huge difference to the whole vibe of the place. The coolest part of the whole experience, hands down, has to be the roasting procedure. I’ve never seen anything like it. Watching the beans fly through those clear "Javalyne" tubes and seeing the roasting happen right there in the middle of the shop is superb. It’s like a high tech coffee lab mixed with a cozy cafe. It’s not just a caffeine fix; it’s a full on performance. I’ll definitely be visiting again next time I'm in the area. If you’re around London Bridge and want a drink that’s actually worth the walk, do yourself a favor and check them out!"
