"I went there with some friends and had one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. I politely asked the bartender for a bottle of water and he refused to serve me or even give me water. For the record, I was not drunk and was behaving completely normally. As a nurse, I find it extremely irresponsible and concerning for a place that serves alcohol to deny someone water. Basic hydration should never be refused, especially in an environment where people are drinking. I asked to speak with the manager hoping the situation could be resolved professionally. Instead, I was made to wait 40 minutes, only for the manager to come back and tell me he “checked the cameras” and that he would “talk to the bartender.” That was it. No apology, no solution, and still no water. After waiting that long, I ended up leaving without even receiving the bottle of water I originally asked for. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care was shocking. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service anyone should expect."
