Picapau Coffee Roastery sits in Ostia, Rome's seaside district, and has built a small but enthusiastic following with a 4.8 rating from its first reviewers. It stocks a broad range of bakery items and sandwiches alongside well-pulled espresso drinks, with one visitor rating the cappuccino a 9 out of 10 and the muffins a perfect score. It suits travelers exploring Ostia's beach and archaeological sites who want a genuine, unhurried coffee stop rather than a tourist-oriented cafe.

"It was a nice coffee shop, with options of bakery, sandwiches and other stuff, they have a wide selection of bakery and pastry. The barrista was very good at his job, wheb I asked him about the coffee beans and what I want to drink. I had a nice sandewich for brunch and it was all a perfect experience. You can sit inside and watch the streets of Rome! It is def one of the must-see places in Rome! The prices are quite reasonable and cheap as well. Highly recommended!"
