Located in Auvers-sur-Oise, about 30 km from Paris, this former inn was Vincent van Gogh's last home, where he rented a small attic room and died in 1890. Visitors can see his preserved mansard bedroom, a place of pilgrimage for art lovers. The ground floor still functions as a restaurant, continuing the inn's tradition as both a memorial site and a working establishment.

"We had a wonderful experience. My children and I visited many places that were important in Vincent van Gogh's life, starting at his birthplace Zundert, the Netherlands, then taking the train to Arles and Saint-Remy-de-Provence in the south of France. We then visited the Musee d'Orsay in Paris. Our final destination was Auvers-sur-Oise, and we ended our trip with a visit to Maison de Van Gogh, where we experienced being in the room where his life ended.
