"I am deeply disappointed by the service at this establishment. Following the staff's instructions, we waited patiently in line. However, we were treated with complete lack of respect. A man cut directly in front of us, and the staff served him without hesitation, completely ignoring our presence. Even more shocking, when an elderly lady (who had kindly asked if we were in line) joined behind us, the second staff member proceeded to serve her instead of us. We were the only ones left standing there, being systematically ignored while everyone else was being attended to. This selective service felt like more than just a mistake; it felt like a clear bias against foreigners. It is a shame that such a reputable-looking place treats international visitors with such arrogance and invisibility. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and fair treatment. Save your time and money for somewhere that values all customers."
